* We conduct training and do placements once they become our associate.

Intermediate Associate :

* People who have below 2 years experience in the US.
* We would help market you.
* you will have access to purchase order and compensated in 70:30 ratio.
* Company will sponsor your H1b and Green card.
* Health Insurance can be taken through the company.
* Employment is " At Will " in nature.

Senior Associate :

* People who have 2 or more years experience in the US.
* Little or no help would be provided in seeking projects.
* you will have access to purchase order and compensated in 80:30 ratio.
* You can get your H1b and Green card sponsered through the company.
* Health Insurance can be taken through the company.
* If confident you can interact with the vendor directly.
* Employment is " At Will " in nature.
